Scalability Data Ltd Co ("we," "us," "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Scalability Data Ltd Co regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability

Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Government Users
If you are a U.S. Government entity, the Site and any content are provided as "Commercial Items" as defined in FAR 2.101 and are subject to these Terms rather than government purpose rights.
